Within mobile deployments, portability, size, power consumption and ease of use are fundamentals. The tactical environment also includes remote and mobile working for which flexible and compact solutions are essential. 


Mini-CATAPAN
Mini-CATAPAN is a pocket-sized UK HAIPE High Grade IP network encryption device, which is fast becomming the high assurance encryption solution of choice for a number of government agencies in the UK and overseas. Its compact, lightweight design makes the device ideal for remote or mobile working environments and offers the highest levels of security and functionality.

Mini-CATAPAN can protect S and TS voice and data communications, providing a low through-life cost solution. It is designed to be rugged, reliable and small enough for tactical operations where requirements for flexibility, rapid deployments and security are paramount. This includes surveillance and intelligence gathering by military and Government services.

Once configured, Mini-CATAPAN can operate without any user intervention, with a single key fill lasting up to 12 months. The device has a simple and easy to use HMI and its re-programmable platform enables user-specified algorithms to be implemented for use in a variety of scenarios.


CATAPAN Secure Communications Centre - Mobile (SCC-M)
CATAPAN SCC-M is a compact solution for mobile users who require information security at the highest level. Featuring the industry leading Mini-CATAPAN crypto, integrated into a docking station with a Getac V100 laptop and 3G, wireless and fixed line connectivity; the SCC-M is a fully integrated solution that offers security and functionality for the High Grade mobile user.

The SCC-M has been developed as a ruggedised, portable solution with integrated 3G connectivity - ideal for mobile or remote environments where there is no fixed line access available. For added flexibility, the SCC-M also features a black side Ethernet port for optional connection to wireless or fixed line networks if this required.

For secure communications between users, the SCC-M benefits from a 3 port Ethernet hub on the red side. This enables a total of 4 users to connect to the docking station and share the encrypted bandwidth, making it an ideal solution for information sharing and intelligence gathering both in the UK and overseas by military and government services.

For added security, all information stored within the SCC-M is reduced by two impact levels (e.g. SECRET to RESTRICTED) when non-operational. This provides added peace of mind in unsecured areas and enables the system to be used in a variety of tactical scenarios.
