From the moment of delivery our support packages offer a range of services to ensure our solution operates as effectively as possible.

Repair / Trend Analysis - The L-3 TRL repair team has considerable RF and digital communication capabilities. All products are fully safety tested prior to return and all faults are recorded to help with product improvement and a call for change to be made to the design or documentation if required.

Upgrades / Obsolescence Management - Upgrades are carried out when mandated by customers at specific intervals or if performance improvement is offered. Product lifetimes can be increased by hardware, firmware of software replacements. Obsolescence Management ensures that older solutions are still able to perform effectively, by ensuring the appropriate spares are available or designing workarounds.
