L-3 TRL has been awarded the prestigious Investors in People Bronze Standard, demonstrating their commitment to realising the potential of their people. This has been achieved just 12 months after the Company was awarded the IiP Standard in January 2014.
Investors in People is the UK's leading accreditation for business improvement through people management, and provides a resources for businesses to innovate, improve and grow, with a focus on good people making great business.
The Bronze Standard is an accolade which has currently been achieved by just 7% of Investor in People accredited organisations and can be used to help win tenders and new business, attract investment and talented staff and effectively engage employees.
L-3 TRL has been awarded the IiP Bronze accreditation in recognition of the extra commitment the company has made to developing its people. The assessment process was based on direct feedback from employees and analysis of people practices, and is benchmarked against world leading organisations.
