L-3 TRL announced today the appointment of Max Baldwin as vice president of national security. Mr. Baldwin will report to Jim Chapman, president of L-3 TRL.
Mr. Baldwin’s primary focus will be on the growth of the cyber security capabilities of the business, with a continued emphasis on technology innovation. He will also lead the expansion into commercial and international markets. His extensive background in leadership, strategic planning and delivery will help L-3 TRL meet the demanding challenges of a competitive, evolving marketplace.

Mr. Baldwin joins L-3 TRL after nine years with Airbus Defence & Space. He served as managing director of the test and services business in Bournemouth and head of country strategy for the UK and Nordic countries, where he developed the international business. With a career that spans 20 years, he has held various leadership positions working for organisations such as IBM Global Services and TXU Energy.
