The Support Group comprises of staff from the UK Armed Forces as well as Defence and Commercial companies. 90% are engineers capable of fault finding to component level.

Underpinning their role is the need for us to ensure the safety of our customers’ and our own staff, in addition to maintaining full compliance with relevant legislation.

Support from the moment of delivery

Our support contracts feature a range of options, enabling customers to choose the level of support that fits their solutions and budget, providing maximum efficiency and optimum performance throughout the product lifetime.

More efficient cost management

  • Customers benefit from more cost-effective performance through the following options:
  • Our Total Cost of Ownership program looks at the product lifecycle, adapting elements of the design and support package for maximum cost-effectiveness.
  • Obsolescence Management ensures that older solutions are still able to perform effectively, by making appropriate spares available or designing workarounds.
  • Trend Analysis studies faults and why they occur, enabling improvements through changes of design or documentation.
