We value the contribution and ideas that spring from people with a range of views and opinions, which is why we have the L3 TRL Employee Forum with representatives from across the company coming together to help improve communication and openly discuss and resolve any issues.

Our industry faces a well-documented skills shortage and a lack of diversity which makes it harder to recruit people from a variety of backgrounds. Working with industry partners through schemes such as CyberFirst and Cyber Invest we are encouraging more people into science, technology and engineering. We are also working hard to improve our gender pay gap and have published an action plan detailing six areas we will focus on

In 2014 we were awarded the Investors in People Bronze Accreditation in recognition of the extra commitment the company has made to developing its people; an accolade we are extremely proud of. This reinforces L3 TRL are at the leading edge of best practice in people management and strengthens our commitment to employee development, recognition and satisfaction which is fundamental to our competitive advantage and growth.
